このアプリは、利用者の情報を開発者や第三者へ送信しません。アカウント登録もありません。
記録した内容（体重、活動、食事、栄養、予定など）は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。iCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合は、利用者ご本人のiCloudアカウントにも保存されます。開発者はこれらを見ることができません。
アプリが外部と通信するのは、次の場合だけです。
活動データの出典である 2024 Compendium of Physical Activities は、アプリに同梱しており、実行中に取得することはありません。
設定で許可した場合にかぎり、ヘルスケアから次を読み取ります。
ヘルスケアへの書き込みは行いません。
ヘルスケアから得た情報を、広告やマーケティングに利用することは一切ありません。また、第三者へ提供したり、ご本人の同意なく他の用途へ使うこともありません。ヘルスケアの許可は、いつでもiOSの「ヘルスケア」アプリから取り消せます。
「見た目の記録」で撮った、または写真ライブラリから選んだ画像は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。開発者や第三者へ送信する仕組みはありません。画像の解析（体型の推定、顔の認識など）も一切行いません。書き出すバックアップファイルにも画像は含まれません。写真は1枚ずつ削除でき、削除すると端末内の画像ファイルも消えます。
写真ライブラリから選ぶ場合は、iOSの写真選択画面を使います。この画面はアプリの外で動くため、アプリが見られるのは利用者が選んだ画像だけです。アプリが写真ライブラリ全体にアクセスすることはありません。
設定画面の「すべてのデータを削除」で、端末内の記録をすべて消せます。アプリを削除した場合も端末内の記録は消えます。iCloudのバックアップは、iOSの設定またはファイルアプリから削除できます。
このアプリは、18歳以下の方向けに検証された推定式を持っていません。18歳以下の方には活動量の記録機能を提供していません。
This app does not send any of your information to the developer or to third parties. There is no account to create.
Everything you record (weight, activities, meals, nutrients, plans) is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud backup, it is also stored in your own iCloud account. The developer cannot see any of it.

The 2024 Compendium of Physical Activities, the source of our activity data, is bundled with the app and is never fetched at runtime.
Only if you grant permission in Settings, the app reads:
The app never writes anything to Health.
Data obtained from HealthKit is never used for advertising or marketing. It is never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose without your consent. You can revoke Health permissions at any time in the iOS Health app.
Images you take or choose in "Progress photos" are stored on your device only. There is no mechanism to send them to the developer or to anyone else, and the app never analyses them (no body-shape estimation, no face recognition). They are not included in the backup file you export. You can delete any photo individually; deleting it also removes the image file from your device.
When you choose from your library, the app uses the iOS photo picker. That picker runs outside the app, so the app only ever sees the images you picked. The app never gains access to your whole photo library.
"Delete all data" in Settings erases every record on your device. Deleting the app also removes them. iCloud backups can be deleted from iOS Settings or the Files app.
This app does not include estimation formulas validated for people aged 18 or under, and does not offer activity tracking to them.
